Vignettes

NOTE: Vignettes is on temporary hiatus until I catch up on deadlines. I’ve added direct links to read the past two stories directly below.  I put them into the timelines on each series page so you know where to read them. And yes, there will be more.

Occasionally, I like to revisit characters. Thought readers might enjoy sharing fun glimpses into their worlds too, so I created Vignettes. I chose to release the stories for free in a newsletter format because some of them are a little too sexy for the blog.  There are no set dates. These will be random stories as they come.

There’s a subscription link in the box to the right. I won’t use the email list for surprise promo–it’s only for the free short stories–though my next release will be always mentioned at the bottom of the newsletter. Oh, there’s a possibility that at some point in the future, I’ll bundle a bunch of stories, format them and sell them (cheap!) at Amazon and Barnes and Noble so they can easily be read on a Kindle or Nook. So if you’d rather not get the stories through email, stick around.

Vignettes, Volume One, Silence and Ghosts. Set in the Crux Survivors world. Released on August 16, 2012. Features Ross, Dorian and Jenna. (Heat level: Hot. M/M.)

EDIT: Trying a direct link for new readers to try the old stories. Silence and Ghosts. (Set between After the Crux and Sole Survivors.)

Vignettes, Volume Two, Mutiny. Set in The Kithran Regenesis world. Released September 23, 2012. Features Kol, Lux and Egan. (Heat level: VERY Hot. F/M, voyeurism.)

EDIT: Direct link for new readers for older stories. Mutiny. (Set between Replicant and Catalyst.)

I’ve been sending out the first issue to each new subscriber who signs on, but I think some might have received it twice. So, from now on, new subscribers can let me know if they’d like past issues. Drop me a note at daniworthbooks@gmail.com.

If you’ve enjoyed any of these extra glimpses into the characters, feel free to let me know in the comments here. 🙂
