Beyond Survival

I promise I have not dropped off the face of the Earth. I have overlapping deadlines and am slammed. Life should return to normal in about a month. LOL. In the meantime, my new editor is catching up on Crux Survivors and The Kithran Regenesis and loves them! So, we have a plan in motion again. I should be able to announce release dates soon and I’m sorry, they’ll be further out than we planned, but this is a good thing. I’m getting on a workable schedule that rocks.

Book two in Crux Survivors has a new name—Beyond Survival. It fits because Keera and Chase are merely surviving and find something more together.

Vignettes Update

I know I owe you all a new free short story and had planned to get it out in February. Had a LOT of last minute work on the 100k urban fantasy coming out later this month. (I’m so excited about this one! It’s the book that snagged agent interest. )

The story I was working on features Jarana, Maska and Erik from Replicant and was set between Replicant and Catalyst. The story grew. So, my goal is to have it finished, critiqued and polished up for the Vignettes newsletter by the end of this month. I’m currently on deadline for one of my Dani books and the sequel to the urban fantasy.

It’s a good thing I love to write so much.

BTW, there are still people searching for the book, Mutiny. It’s actually one of the free short stories in Vignettes. It’s pretty hot, too. If you signed up for Vignettes and didn’t get the first two issues, drop me an email and I’ll get them out to you.

So sorry for the lack of blog posts lately! I’ve been busy with my urban fantasy series which starts in March. Excited! Also, I’ve been going through a bit of a transition work-wise, so I’m not sure when I’ll have release dates on Origin (Kithran Regenesis #4) and The Decisive Point (Crux Survivors #2). They will still be coming, just not as soon as I’d hoped. Stick around, though. I’m going to try and keep you guys happy with Vignettes. Don’t you think it’s time Jarana had a short story? Problem is, that particular story already passed 8k and isn’t turning out so short.

Because I love having a new cover, I’m sharing it here too! Dani Worth is the pen name I use to separate erotic romance from my other work. That way, readers know what to expect when they pick up a Dani book. But I’ll be releasing an urban fantasy series at Samhain under my own name, Rinda Elliott! Check out the new cover! The top left has been left open for cover quotes. For those of you asking for longer work from me, this baby is over 100k. While not erotic, the series is still romantic and still pretty sexy.
